Antoloxía Da Literatura Galega. 1196-1981

Fifty-five texts of forty authors, and six that are anonymous, have been specially chosen by well-known writers and experts and later translated into English by the main translators working in the field. There are representatives of every period (from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance and the twentieth century, both before and after the civil war) and all literary genres (from poetry to prose, essay, drama, and oral tradition that kept the wire continuity between the sixteenth and eighteen). Cincuenta e cinco textos de corenta autores, máis seis que son anónimos, foron especialmente escolmados por escritores e expertos de recoñecido prestixio e logo traducidos ao inglés polos principais tradutores que arestora traballan neste eido. Aparecen representados todos os períodos (desde a época medieval ata o Rexurdimento e o século vinte, tanto antes como despois da guerra civil) e todos os xéneros literarios (desde a poesía á narrativa, o ensaio, o teatro, e a tradición oral que mantivo o fío da continuidade entre os séculos dezaseis e dezaoito).
